Understanding the Availability Status
Chatway is designed for real-time communication and collaboration so letting colleagues know your availability status is key.
There are 3 options to choose from:
- Available: Select this status if you are available to answer chat messages or respond to comments and notifications in real-time.
- Busy: Select this status if you will be able to answer or contribute to critical real-time conversations but want to let colleagues know you won't engage with every notification.
- Do not disturb: Select this status if you want colleagues to know that you are unavailable at that moment. This way they won't expect to get real-time engagement from you.
